Find the correct download location for how you are running here
Sudo up and run these commands
wget https://downloads.plex.tv/plex-media-server-new/1.40.1.8227-c0dd5a73e/debian/plexmediaserver_1.40.1.8227-c0dd5a73e_amd64.debOnce it has downloaded Run:
dpkg -i plexmediaserver_1.40.1.8227-c0dd5a73e_amd64.debThen Finally, clean up
rm plexmediaserver_1.40.1.8227-c0dd5a73e_amd64.debFIN
